Caleb and I are headed to Gunnison in a few weekends. It will be great to spend some time with Krista and Daniel. We're looking forward to getting back out to this part of Colorado and away from the city. I'm actually looking forward to the drive because I know next time we drive out it will probably be in the snow, so it will be many months before we get to do this drive again when it's all green.
This little princess is probably going to look a lot bigger to us. The last time we saw her was the beginning of July. Krista & Daniel's kitten River.
We are hoping the aspen leaves will be beautiful all turned yellow. The trees that are the bright glowing green in the picture below are the Aspens. There are many large Aspen forests outside of Gunnison we are excited to drive up in and see all changing to yellow. Colorado's largest Aspen grove is within an hour drive from Gunnison and we're hoping to get up there to see the incredible mountainsides covered in golds and yellows.
