A lot has been happening and going on since before Christmas and I can't wait to blog about all the fun. One fun event we had a couple days after Christmas was a wedding shower for Krista & Daniel. They will be married in 5 days on January 5th. We are all more than excited for them. This was a special shower with Krista's best friend, Bizzie, from Greenville here and her mom from China. My mom and I enjoyed being a part of the shower too. Daniel's mom hosted the shower at her home and invited their relatives to come. It was a special time with Carrie sharing her story on hearing about and meeting Daniel for the first time as well as great encouragement and wisdom on being married and being a wife. We enjoyed getting to learn more about Daniel & Krista's story together by hearing Krista give answers to questions that Daniel had been asked before the shower without Krista's knowledge. It was entertaining to see how their answers matched up.
Krista and Daniel, We are excited for you and looking forward to a special day Saturday celebrating the beginning of your marriage!
