Happy Mother's Day to my incredible mom. I love you so much and am thankful for all the time we got to spend with you on the move out to Colorado.
Saturday morning Caleb & I drove to Denver to take mom and dad to the airport. On the way we stopped at Sabor Mexican Grill in Centennial, CO to eat lunch with Chris & Laura Hagin. They have some of the best Mexican breakfast burritos at great prices. Thanks for the restaurant suggestion Chris!
This is Betty & Gregory Miles who opened their home up to us and my parents the first week in Colorado. While my parents were here we enjoyed lots of fun times with them. Betty drove us to Focus on the Family, where we met with John Fuller who is the co-host for the radio shows. John Fuller gave us a behind the scenes tour of the radio production side of Focus on the Family and showed us around some more areas of the Administration building.
Pictures of our home will be coming next as we continue to unpack, settle in, and decorate. We are loving being in Colorado, and Caleb said it best after church this morning. "This is where we belong." It has been a wonderful step of faith moving here. God has provided for us all along the way. We made it safely and in good time driving the moving truck across country. The Miles family have welcomed us to the great city of Colorado Springs. The first apartment we were planning to live, did not work out but we found a new place to live and move-in to within 24 hours!
